Crash potatoes
When I was a kid, my sister hated eating with me because I always mixed up my food. One thing I love to do is to mix up mashed potatoes and cranberrries. The chucnky berries work just as well as the canned jellied kind. Really depends on your prefference I guess. I call them Crash Potatoes. I look forward to the holidays so I can eat them. Everyone always looks at me like I am weird but once they try it, they usually agree that it is yummy! Better than gravy or butter and maybe slightly less fattening too! |
